About Solar Farm Automation

A solar tracker is a device used to orient a solar panel or align a solar reflector or lens toward the sun. It ensures that the solar modules remain in the best position to harness the maximum energy from the sun. A solar tracker is bound to the panel so that the position of the latter can be changed based on the sun's position throughout the year. Solar tracking is an effective way to increase the efficiency of each solar panel. The two types of trackers used to increase the output from solar farms are single-axis and dual-axis solar trackers.
