Abstract
The Report is composed of 5 Sections, contains 94 Pages, including 18 Tables
and 19 Figures.
Section 1 presents brief general information on primary market PET, which
includes production of properly PET, as well as production of PET-preforms
(semis for manufacture of PET-bottles).
Section 2 presents pattern of generation of PET-wastes in Russia, with
generation of industrial and home wastes. As a large share of prime cost of
secondary PET belongs to logistic costs, experts of LLC «InfoMine»
presented detailed geographic pattern of generation of the wastes. This will
possibly allow to minimize costs by right positioning a new refuse-treatment
or sorting enterprise.
A very important problem of development of secondary market of PET is
collection of refuses. Methods of the collection, as well as difficulties,
arising in the course of the collection, are considered in details in Section
2.3.
Section 3 presents analysis of refuses treatment for obtaining secondary PET.
For instance, flow sheet of obtaining PET-flexes and PET-granulates is
presented, as well as characteristics and volumes of treatment of plastic
refuses by key players of the market of secondary PET. Experience in foreign
trade in PET-refuses is described; evaluation of legislative provision of
activity at the market is given, as well as estimation of prospectivity of
treatment of the refuses from economic viewpoint.
Section 4 describes usage of secondary PET and possible fields of its
application.
Section 5 considers potentiality of market of secondary PET and possible ways
of its mid-term development.
