第8届血浆蛋白探索会议的探讨主题包括生物学证据的发现、开发、检验相关技术课题、策略、既有的阶段及流程等。
Comprehensive,
systematic characterization of the plasma
proteome in healthy and diseased states greatly
facilitates the development of biosignatures for
early disease detection, clinical diagnosis, and
therapy. However, blood plasma is the most
complex human-derived proteome containing other
tissue proteome subsets as well as a wide
dynamic range of protein concentrations.
Therefore, the characterization of biosignatures
in the human plasma proteome is a very
complicated task. This is due in part to the
lack of a coherent pipeline connecting
biosignature discovery with well-established
methods for validation. Cambridge Healthtech
Institute乫s 8th Annual Mining the Plasma
Proteome addresses the challenges and
strategies of these inherent phases and
processes for biosignature discovery and
development.
What
is the best tool to reach your research goal?
Mass Spectrometry, Protein Arrays,
Chromatography, Data Analysis and
Interpretation?
Advances
in methods and technology for profiling plasma
