- 获得 为透过HER使用，取得联邦政府认证，获得实务及病患治疗上监督HER效果之策略。
- 参与 为实现跨越州界之信息交换，与州政府、州指定团体、地区推动中心、健康保险、HIE（医疗信息交换系统）进行对谈
- 同步 为协助推动HER系统使用，与医师需求、地方性小型诊疗业务同步。
