Dr.Richard ZHAO obtained the B.Sc, M.Sc. and Ph.D degrees from Peking University at 1991, 1994, 1997 respectively, majored physics and fiber-optic communications. He has over 13 years of professional experience on telecom and network security areas. He owns certifications of CISSP, ITIL, BS7799. Currently, he works for NSFOCUS as Chief Strategy Officer. Before his current position, he was the Director of Architect and Security Operations at Lenovo, responsible for the infrastructure architect and information security operations from 2006 to Aug. 2009. Before Lenovo, he worked for Computer Associates as the Principal Consultant at China from 2003 to 2006. From 2000 to 2003, he worked for iS-One as Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for R&D, security consulting service and etc. From 1997 to 2000, he worked for China Telecom, as the chief of network security affairs.

Dr. Zhao is an active contributor to Cloud Security Alliance and initiator of Greater China Chapter of CSA. Fuller has information risk management responsibility for J.P. Morgan to execute Resiliency and IT Risk agenda such as Control Self Assessment (CSA), Infrastructure Control, Data Protection and Application Security initiatives. He has more than 10 years of experience in implementing and managing enterprise information risk programs across different Lines of Business in 10+ countries in Asia. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Fuller had Application Development Management role in PCCW to implement its first generation of NOW TV interactive application portal in Hong Kong. Fuller earned his MBA and Master of Science in Information System Management degrees from HKUST. He is also a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
