蛋白质的精制和回收

以使用改革「已实证效果」手法的蛋白质精制技术之主题为重点的此部会,预定进行由专家介绍因应运用生产率高的细胞培养技术衍生出的各种要求能获得的经验等个案研究。此外,透过有关affinity tag、电气泳动法、离心分离、过滤、层析法 (chromatography)、导入卓越作业(operational excellence)计画制程效率化等详细的发表,除公布使精制制程最佳化的方法外,加上以往型的哺乳类系,亦介绍包含因应大肠菌和杆状病毒科(Baculoviridae)、酵母等「特殊」系各种发现系的精制技术。
