Broadband World Forum Asia 2007 - Beijing, China
Schedule
D5
Home Network Anywhere Anytime
Thursday, 7 June | 16:15 – 17:45

Consumers are looking for means to having access to all their digital content from all of their devices in a seamless manner. Today there are different specific solutions for individual devices, but there is a market opportunity for a homogenous solution.

Telecom operators with fixed and/or mobile networks can use their assets to provide trustworthy multi-access connections for multiple services. By offering consumers and business users simplicity and service convenience, operators have great opportunities to reach a mass market with services based on these capabilities.

This session addresses how to deliver personal services over different accesses (i.e., radio, copper, fiber, cable) and being able to access the complete home or corporate network.
