"The managed services market in the Philippines faces many challenges, from lack of education to an absence of clear leadership in the marketplace in terms of promoting this concept," says Adrian Dominic Ho, research manager, Managed Services and Enterprise Networks, IDC Asia/Pacific. "However, local managed service providers (MSPs) should start looking, planning, and positioning themselves for future growth opportunities, as the market potential is enormous given the large untapped market. It is never too early to state and build their case!"
