Abstract
The services market for prime movers in the oil and gas industry in the EMEA region is entering into a rapid expansion phase. Opportunities for market participants exist in all of the geographical regions analysed. However, the long term trends vary greatly from area to area. The prime movers which are utilized in the oil and gas industry and covered in this study are gas turbines, steam turbines and reciprocating engines. Further analysis is done by type of end user and by application (power generation and mechanical drive).
